Amenson-Hill, Make a Difference Day Committee, nominated for Volunteer Award

Congratulations to the UWGB Make a Difference Day committee, representing the UWGB community in its nomination for the Green Bay Packers Give Back-Large Group Award to be presented at the WPS Volunteer Awards breakfast and ceremony this week. The event takes place from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Thursday, April 14 at the KI Convention Center. In addition, Dean of Students Brenda Amenson-Hill was nominated for the Schneider Foundation-Volunteer Leadership Award. Serving on this year’s Make a Difference Day committee was Amenson-Hill, the University Union’s Rachel Wussow, faculty members Denise Bartell and Lora Warner, student Sierra Spaulding, Student Life’s Stephanie Kaponya and UWGB’s office of Marketing and University Communication’s Kimberly Vlies, Sue Bodilly and Jena Richter.
