‘Med School Mom’ Zavala will meet with students

At 1 p.m. Friday (April 6), UW-Madison medical student Kathryn Zavala returns to meet informally with UW-Green Bay students in Lab Sciences 468 to share her med school experiences. Zavala is a graduate of the Human Biology program here, and Prof. Angela Bauer is telling her students it will be a great opportunity to learn firsthand how to prepare for careers and future schooling. If Zavala’s name is at all familiar (it was to us), we mentioned her in the May 2011 edition of our print Inside UW-Green Bay magazine.
