For the love of music: Student Honors Recital is Feb. 14

Celebrate your Valentine’s Day with some beautiful music during the Feb. 14 Student Honors Recital. Seven students will play and sing a wide variety of selections, earning bragging rights for themselves as well as their faculty teachers. They are Jamie Rodgers, marimba (student of Prof. Cheryl Grosso); James Letellier, baritone (Assistant Prof. Courtney Sherman); Ryan Dummer, piano (Assistant Prof. Michael Rector); Matt Hillman, guitar (Associate Prof. Stefan Hall); McKenna VanDerLeest, alto saxophone (Associate Prof. John Salerno); Nicholas Schommer, baritone (Sherman); and Nicholas Saldaña, piano (Rector). The no-cost concert takes place at 2 p.m. in Fort Howard Hall at the Weidner Center.
