UW-Green Bay junior Anna Katner is Miss Green Bay Area first runner-up

UW-Green Bay junior communication major Anna Katner (third from left) competed in the Miss Green Bay Area scholarship pageant on Saturday, January 21 at the Meyer Theatre. Katner was named Miss Green Bay Area first runner-up. First runner-up is responsible for fulfilling Miss Green Bay Area duties if the winner is unable to uphold the commitment. Katner also tied with two other contestants to win the People’s Choice Award. Both honors were recognized with scholarship awards.
