Olkowski talks ‘Narcan’
The overdose-reversing drug Narcan will be available for use by police on all University of Wisconsin campuses under a partnership announced last week (Dec. 13). UW-Green Bay Associate Dean of Students Mark Olkowski talked to Fox 11 about campus plans for its use.
