The Stout route to a campus smoking ban

UW-Stout is the first four-year campus in the UW System to go tobacco-free. The issue has been brought up at UW-Green Bay in the past. Brenda Amenson-Hill, dean of students at UW-Green Bay, told the Green Bay Press-Gazette it would be difficult to enforce such a policy on a sprawling campus such as this one.
