City of Marinette and Marinette Campus host WPT crews

Look closely this week in the City of Marinette, and you might see a film crew “around the corner” in town, hard at work on a feature television episode that will air this winter on public broadcasting. Destination series “Around the Corner with John McGivern” airs on Milwaukee PBS and Wisconsin Public Television (WPT) across the state. The show is hosted by Emmy Award-winning actor John McGivern, who travels all over Wisconsin to explore living, working and playing in the state’s unique communities. McGivern and crew are currently filming the show’s ninth season, and this time Marinette was on the list of chosen communities to explore.  The visit included a stop at UW-Green Bay, Marinette Campus.
