Alumna Manske featured in Press-Gazette ‘Today’s Take’ column
We told you here recently about 2012 UW-Green Bay grad Amy Manske, an alumna success story who has found her niche working in agricultural communications. Turns out the Green Bay Press-Gazette liked Manske’s story, too, and reporter Patti Zarling reported on her career path in the newspaper’s Monday (March 24) “Today’s Take” column. Manske, who admits she once bemoaned her barn chores, now works as communications coordinator for the Wisconsin Farm Bureau, bringing her affection for agriculture to work each day. In the column, she also tells Zarling about why she chose UW-Green Bay — a broken umbrella plays a bit part — and how her time here helped her get ready for life in the working world.
