Candidates Randy Scannell, Rachel Heu face off in Green Bay City Council District 7 election

A north-side alderman who often advocates as a progressive will face a challenge from a Realtor and newcomer to city politics in the upcoming City Council election. Alderman Randy Scannell ’90 (History) is looking to retain his District 7 seat in the race against newcomer Rachel Heu. Scannell was first elected in 2014.
