Staff note: Matt Harper sworn in as new police officer

UW-Green Bay Police swore in Officer Matt Harper on September 23, 2019. Harper will serve the university as a part-time police officer. His previous law enforcement positions include serving as a police school liaison officer with Hortonville Police Department as well as a patrol officer with the Winneconne Police Department. Officer Harper is currently the development director for the Greater Green Bay Area Habitat for Humanity.
