Services held for former staff member Ray Charlier

Funeral services were held Thursday in Green Bay for Raymond J. Charlier, 83, who passed away July 8. Charlier was employed by UW-Green Bay for two decades before his retirement in January 1989. Among his specialties was cheerfully opening doors for others — he was a longtime locksmith with Facilities Management. A full obituary is online.
