Schnurr elected to National Council on Family Relations post

UW-Green Bay Assistant Professor Melissa Schnurr, Human Development, has been elected Secretary/Treasurer of the Family Science section of the National Council on Family Relations. Her appointment is for 2010-12 and begins after the annual conference in November. Founded in 1938, the National Council on Family Relations provides an educational forum for family researchers, educators and practitioners to share in the development and dissemination of knowledge about family relationships, establishes professional standards and works to promote family well-being.
