Professor Cristina Ortiz (Humanistic Studies-Spanish) was a presenter at Cine-Lit VII International Conference on Hispanic Film and Literature held in Portland, Ore. The title of her presentation, “Genre and Gender interactions in the contemporary Argentinean Comedy,” analyzes questions of gender and visual representation.
