Reminder: Next NAS series event is Friday, featuring Fencl

Don’t forget — the next installment of the Natural and Applied Sciences Seminar Series is coming up Friday (Oct. 5). Prof. Heidi Fencl of NAS will describe her work in physics with an address titled, “The Box and the Bosun: Reflections on Teaching Physics Process in an Answers-Oriented World.” An informal social starts at 3 p.m. in ES 317, which will be followed by Fencl’s talk at 3:30 in ES 328. Admission is free; all are welcome.
