As we told you the other day, the Cofrin Library celebrated its 40th anniversary in delicious style Monday (Feb. 27), hosting its first-ever Edible Book Fest. From loyal re-creations to pun-y and artistic takes, exhibitors did an amazing — and appetizing — job showcasing favorite works.
