Joint Committee on Employment Relations (JCOER) approved the UW Compensation plan
UW System Interim President Tommy Thompson announced this week that the Legislature’s Joint Committee on Employment Relations (JCOER) approved the UW Compensation plan and State Building Trades contracts. The compensation plan approved today allows for a 2 percent raise in January 2022 and another 2 percent in January 2023, providing UW employees five consecutive years of pay plan increases since 2019.
“I’m grateful that the committee approved these increases. Thank you for your continued service to the UW System,” Thompson said in a memo to UW staff.
