Miller is UW-Green Bay contact for American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life

The American Cancer Society’s “Relay for Life of De Pere Kickoff Celebration” will take place Monday, Dec. 6, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Sports Corner in De Pere. “Join us to learn more about the Relay and how to form a team for the event, and enjoy the taco bar too!” writes Karla Miller, a staff member with Career Services at UW-Green Bay. “Monies raised through the Relay support American Cancer Society programs in research, education and advocacy.” The Office of Student Life has set a goal to have 10 teams from the UW-Green Bay community participate in this year’s event, which will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2011.
