Learn Tech Center hosts Oct. 14 lunch on ‘clicker technology’

The Learning Technology Center extends the following invitation to faculty and staff: “Join us on October 14th, 2010 where lunch will be served in the 1965 Room. Dr. Jeffrey Cain is a Turning Technologies (Company) Distinguished Educator who uses student response systems (or “clickers”) to promote discussion, determine student opinions, quiz, gauge student comprehension and to make formative assessments. This is your chance to increase your product knowledge, network with your peers and to see how others are using response technology.”  The “Clicker Technology Discussions and Demonstrations” takes place at noon, Oct. 14, in the Union’s 1965 Room.
