Think dirty: Show up here for transplant duty

“Tired of sitting at your desk? Wishing you were in the garden? Want to get your hands dirty for a little while? Come help us transplant 10,000 plants!” That’s the message from Vicki Medland of the Cofrin Center for Biodiversity in advance of the annual heirloom plant sale fundraiser. They’ll be transplanting Wednesday and Friday this week from noon until 4:30 in the UW-Green Bay greenhouse at the Laboratory Sciences Building. Anyone is welcome to help, for a half hour, four hours or something in between.
