Health Screening incentives offered

The UW-Green Bay Benefits Office and Wellness Committee are offering a Well Wisconsin Biometric Screening Event on Monday, April 20, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the University Union Phoenix Rooms. All member employees as well as employees’ spouses or domestic partners and adult children enrolled in State Group Health Insurance are invited to attend. Pre-registration is required prior to Thursday, April 16, and can be done online. This screening is one half of the Well Wisconsin program, which has state insurance plans offering $150 to complete in 2015. The screening will allow participants to get up-to-date testing results on height, weight, and Body Mass Index, as well as other important health factors. The screening will take 20 minutes and participants will be given their results at the end. The second half of the program asks participants to complete an online health survey that discusses topics such as daily stress level, family medical history, and typical meal plan.
