Nursing professor from Brazil to talk on ‘Mental Health and Human Rights’

Profesora Carla Ventura of the Universidade de São Paulo will present a guest lecture, “Mental Health and Human Rights in Brazil,” this Thursday (Feb. 20) from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. in Mary Ann Cofrin Hall Room 206. The lecture is open to all faculty, staff and students. Hosted by Janet Reilly of the Professional Program in Nursing, Dr. Ventura is here to explore collaborative efforts between UW-Green Bay and the University of São Paulo at Ribeirão Preto College of Nursing, and will be meeting with a number of UW-Green Bay representatives during her stay. Reilly had visited the Ribeirão Preto college earlier this year.
