Phone book, directory updates

Halfway through the academic year, the printed Faculty/Staff “phone book” is in need of some updating… and your help. Here’s how, in two easy steps:

For departmental listings…
• Betsy Bassett-Piehl of Marketing and University Communication manually compiles the offices/departments sections of the printed book (that’s pages 7-15, this year). With all of the recent offices moves, both temporary and permanent, she asks that departments provide her mid-year updates at bassettb@uwgb.edu. Remember, that’s departmental listings, only.

As for individual listings…

• All UW-Green Bay employees are reminded at this time, by the Human Resources Office, to update their individual listings for the campus database. People can double-check the accuracy of their individual listing at www.uwgb.edu/deptpeople/index.asp. The link for people to change their information is www.uwgb.edu/hr/documents/forms/EmployeeCampusInformationUpdate.pdf
