Free lunch (and breakfast) for early registrants of the Faculty Development Institute
Who says there is no free lunch, anymore? Registration for the Faculty Development Institute will remain open through the day of the Institute, Jan. 19, with breakfast and lunch provided to those who register by Jan. 16. Register here. The Center for the Advancement of Teaching and Learning has organized a wide-range of development opportunities, including workshops that grapple with smart advising, collaborative learning, inclusivity, academic freedom, writing across the disciplines, and grant writing. Each workshop is designed to engage participants and provide clear, implementable “takeaways” by its end. Check out the workshop descriptions here. Join us for a mixer to decompress and reconnect after the Institute. Faculty, staff, and administrators are most welcome.
