InitiativeOne shares new initiative

InitiativeOne, a downtown Green Bay business partner shared news at its one-year anniversary. InitiativeOne founder and CEO, Fred Johnson and vice president of Sports Leadership (and former member of the Green Bay Packers), Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila revealed “Postgame Strategy,” a new leadership transformation service designed and delivered exclusively for professional athletes who are entering the next phase of life. During the Beta Group process, InitiativeOne joined forces with strategic partner UW-Green Bay in order to gather research for the Postgame Strategy and maximize the opportunity to create a new narrative for retired professional athletes. The Postgame Strategy process is approved by UWGB for 16.8 Continuing Education Credits through UWGB’s Outreach and Adult Access.
