Prof. Emeritus Michael Kraft offered some perspective on Vice President Joe Biden’s upcoming visit in Wednesday’s (Aug. 29) Green Bay Press-Gazette. Coming to Green Bay is important for the Democratic ticket, Kraft said, especially because Obama and GOP challenger Mitt Romney are in a statistical dead heat in Wisconsin.
