Krazian Fuzian: New Culinary Destination in Sheboygan Blends Cultures, Community and Cuisine
Written by Ray York. July 2025
Sheboygan County, WI – A bold new restaurant is making waves in Sheboygan’s culinary scene with a uniquely flavorful blend of Asian and American traditions. Krazian Fuzian, located at 906 S. 15th Street, offers a vibrant and welcoming space where flavors, cultures, and community come together.
To celebrate the launch of this new culinary destination, Krazian Fuzian will host its official grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, August 1 at 3:00 PM. The public is warmly invited to attend, meet the owner, enjoy food and drink, and experience firsthand the flavors that make this restaurant stand out. The team has been fine-tuning operations since their soft opening on May 9, using the time to refine service, gather customer feedback, and prepare for a strong and lasting debut in the community.
Founded by local entrepreneur Lao Yang, Krazian Fuzian was born from a passion for blending the bold, rich tastes of Eastern culinary traditions with the hearty, familiar comfort of Western fare. With a contemporary yet cozy ambiance, the restaurant offers a diverse menu and a thoughtfully curated selection of domestic and imported beverages.
“Every dish we serve is a celebration of creativity,” said Yang. “We don’t just cook—we combine cultures, stories, and experiences. Krazian Fuzian is a place where people from all walks of life can come together, feel welcomed, and discover something truly unique.”
Krazian Fuzian isn’t just about the food, it’s about community. Yang takes pride in connecting with customers each day, posting daily specials to social media, engaging with diners face-to-face, and making the restaurant a hub for connection and conversation. “Whether someone stops in for a quick bite or a night out, we want them to feel like part of something special,” she said.
To bring her vision to life, Yang worked closely with the Sheboygan County Economic Development Corporation (SCEDC), the Small Business Development Center at UW-Green Bay (SBDC at UWGB), and the Hmong Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce.
“Lao’s effort on her business plan paid off,” said Ray York, Business Counselor for the SCEDC and the SBDC at UWGB. “She was able to pull all the pieces together and work with great statewide and local organizations to make her idea a reality.”
Additional support came from Peng Moua, Regional Business Manager for the Hmong Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce, who helped Yang navigate financing options and business planning. Lindsey Wiesner, Business Relationship Manager at United One Credit Union, also played a key role in helping Yang secure SBA funding, further enabling the restaurant’s successful launch.
Looking ahead, Yang envisions Krazian Fuzian growing into a vibrant culinary destination, where adventurous food lovers gather to explore new flavors and experiences. “My long-term goal is for Krazian Fuzian to become a place where culinary creativity thrives and the community feels at home,” she said.
Community members are encouraged to visit, dine, and support this exciting addition to Sheboygan’s restaurant scene. As Yang puts it, “We’re not just serving food—we’re serving flavor, culture, and connection.”
