Universities of Wisconsin President on tuition increases | WBAY

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – Universities of Wisconsin System students will be paying more for college in the fall.

Late last week, the system’s board of regents unanimously approved a 5% tuition increase, marking the third year in a row tuition has increased across the system.

That announcement came on the heels of the system receiving $256 million for operating expenses in the state budget, the largest increase in state funding for the system in years.
