January’s ‘Stories from Experience’ features Jenene Calloway from Schreiber Foods, Inc.

Get inspired by women’s stories. “Women Rising: Stories from Experience” features prominent women from the area sharing their stories of challenge and triumph and offering advice for women following in their footsteps.

On Tuesday, January 31, 4-5:30 p.m. at Schreiber Foods, Inc. Jenene Calloway will be featured. Jenene is currently the Vice President of Talent Management and Chief Diversity Officer at Schreiber Foods, Inc., where she leads talent acquisition, training and development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion teams. In her career, she has worked with organizations to create their recruitment, development, and retention strategies. In the various roles she has held at Schreiber within the last 16 years, she has been able to lower employee turnover, implement change management solutions, build multi-level employee development programs, and provide solutions to champion an inclusive workplace. Professionally trained as an industrial/organizational psychologist, Jenene honed her skills working in various human resources and organizational development roles.
