UW-Green Bay announces new Director of Career Services
UW-Green Bay is excited to announce that Kay Voss has been selected as the next Director of Career Services. Kay replaces Linda Peacock-Landrum who retired in August after 25 years at the university. For the past seven years, Kay has been a leading team member in student advising. She served as Advising Manager in the Austin E. Cofrin School of Business, where she has left an undeniably positive and lasting impact on students and the Cofrin School of Business.
Kay has extensive experience in higher education with a focus in helping students meet their academic and career goals. Kay will begin on October 10 and is charged with leading and developing a future-focused career services office. She will navigate outreach and internal/external connections to ensure the university serves its communities as an access institution. Kay will work with a team that serves students in their pursuit of work-based learning experiences and long-term career plans, collaborating with the academic colleges.
Kay has a bachelor’s degree from UW-Green Bay and a master’s degree in counseling from Lakeland College. Her background in career services, advising and student development make her a great fit for the position!
