Foundations Health and Wholeness is celebrating RAYS Youth Services Program Coordinator, Michael Thomas, for his second nomination for Sheboygan’s People of the Year Award. RAYS Youth Services is a youth-centered program that was acquired by Foundations at the beginning of 2021.
