    Last Friday, (Oct. 26, 2018) UW-Green Bay Associate Prof. Jon Shelton (Democracy and Justice Studies) gave the keynote address for the Minnesota Association of School Personnel Administrators’ fall conference in Minneapolis. The talk was entitled “Before and After Janus: the Past, Present, and Future of Labor Relations in American Public Education.”
