Kelly J. Franz, an administrator and accountant with 25 years of higher education experience with the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and the UW System, has been appointed Vice Chancellor for Business and Finance at UW-Green Bay. Chancellor Thomas K. Harden announced today the selection of Franz, who will begin his new duties March 1.

UW-Green Bay has received word that the fourth candidate to become vice chancellor for business and finance has withdrawn from consideration. James Main, a former vice president with Cal State Monterey Bay, had been scheduled to visit campus Tuesday (Jan. 31). Tuesday’s interviews are now cancelled.
