More than 300 people jammed the stage of the Weidner Center earlier this month for the first of two donor/recipient scholarship receptions hosted by UW-Green Bay. The Oct. 5 event was a chance for community donors responsible for creating named, endowed scholarships to meet the award-winning students who are benefitting from that generousity.
