Green Bay, WI —The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay is launching a powerful lineup of programs in 2026 designed to equip current and future leaders with the tools, confidence and connections to lead boldly. These programs will empower the next generation – whether emerging in leadership, advancing to executive roles or navigating the emotional intelligence that’s needed for impactful leadership.
NEW: Emotional Intelligence for Impactful Leadership

Unique Focus: Emotional intelligence (EI) transforms leadership through improved awareness, stronger decision-making and greater empathy. Six interactive sessions cover EI foundations, self-regulation, empathy, leading through change, coaching EI and integration strategies—plus a 1:1 coaching conversation and wrap-up session.

Supervisory Leadership Certificate
For supervisors ready to elevate from managing tasks to leading people, the Supervisory Leadership program provides deeper development in strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, coaching, decision‑making and organizational leadership. Through interactive sessions, applied learning and peer discussion, participants strengthen the leadership mindset needed to advance their supervisory impact.

The Schreiber Institute for Women’s Leadership offers both membership and additional leadership opportunities for women in the region. Recent research says that organizations with diverse leadership outperform peers by up to 25%, yet in Northeast Wisconsin, only 16% of working women hold leadership roles. 500+ women are expected to join the Schreiber Institute for Women’s Leadership on Thursday, February 26, 2026, from 2–5 p.m. at The Weidner, for an unforgettable afternoon of inspiration, connection and empowerment. This high-energy event features Erin King, globally recognized energy management expert and one of SUCCESS Magazine’s Top 10 Must-See Motivational Speakers of 2024. King’s message is clear: Energy management is the new time management.
