Schreiber Institute for Women’s Leadership ‘Stories From Experience’ Features Local Trailblazer Mary Goggans

Green Bay, WI — The Schreiber Institute for Women’s Leadership is excited to host Mary Goggans on Thursday, September 19. Goggans will speak at Encapsys, LLC in Appleton from 4 to 5:30 p.m. as part of the Institute’s Stories from Experience series. Goggans brings over 25 years of experience from her time at Kimberly-Clark. She is the co-chair of the New North and the past President of Encapsys, a leading micro encapsulation company headquartered in Appleton.

The Schreiber Institute for Women’s Leadership features a regular series of events highlighting trailblazing women. Titled “Women Rising: Stories of Experience,” these events emphasize the importance of women sharing their career success with other women. By achieving success in their respective fields, women trailblazers create opportunities for others. Their success stories demonstrate that women can excel in any profession, encouraging more inclusive and diverse workplaces.

On Tuesday, November 12, from 4 to 5:30 p.m., Executive Director of the Trout Museum of Art, Christina Turner, will share how she endeavors to leverage art as a catalyst for community enrichment. Turner epitomizes the fusion of art and leadership, harnessing over 30 years of diverse experience. As an arts, education, and administrative leader, her commitment to fostering a solid rapport between the Trout Museum of Art and the artist community is a testament to her dedication to art and artmaking. November’s “Stories from Experience” will take place at the museum.
