The Green Bay softball team (13-19) traveled to Madison Tuesday for two games against the Wisconsin Badgers. The Badgers bested the Phoenix in game one, 6-2, but the Phoenix responded well in the second game, posting a season-high 15 runs to defeat the Badgers, 15-9. A Miranda Spangenberg grand slam broke the game open.

The Weidner Center’s 300+ volunteers were nominated for a 2015 WPS Volunteer “Group” Award as part of an annual event to identify and highlight the community’s most devoted volunteers.
