Fletcher returns as Phoenix tops Penguins

Junior guard Rahmon Fletcher returned from a sprained knee to help the UW-Green Bay Phoenix men’s basketball team turn back Youngstown State, 75-67, Saturday (Dec. 19) at the Resch Center. The Phoenix improved to 10-3 and 3-0 in Horizon League play, thanks in large measure to Fletcher’s 28 point performance.
