Current UW-Green Bay student, alumnus Hansen propose Eagle Scout plates
A UW-Green Bay student wants Wisconsin to create a special license plate to honor Eagle Scouts. Student and Eagle Scout Zac Chambers says the plates would bring new visibility for scouting.
