In a message that only a proud grandparent can give, former Wisconsin State Senator Dave Hansen shared the following on social media Saturday:
“My GRANDDAUGHER, NALANI BICOY, graduates from UWGB on SATURDAY – 3 generations – her MOTHER, CARI BICOY (CLASS OF 2012) her GRANDFATHER, DAVE HANSEN (CLASS OF 1971)!! This is truly special!!”
Amidst the thousands of proud graduates and their friends and family on Saturday, May 11, 2024, Senator Emeritus Dave Hansen had much to celebrate as a Phoenix alum. His daughter Cari completed her degree in Education in 2012 as a returning student. Granddaughter Nalani Bacoy earned her bachelor’s degree in Public Administration.
