Slideshow: Super duper hoops hysteria

Saturday (March 8) was one of the biggest March days in many years for the Phoenix men’s and women’s basketball programs, with both teams No. 1 in the conference standings. The men hosted the Horizon League semifinals at the Resch Center by virtue of their 14-2 regular-season finish. Meanwhile, the UW-Green Bay women hosted conference rival Detroit in the regular-season finale at the Kress Center on campus. It was also Alumni Day, Senior Day and Parents Weekend.
