Schreiber Institute for Women’s Leadership Tackles “Quiet Quitting”
Some experts suggest that fostering a supportive environment can prevent the phenomenon of “quiet quitting” in the workplace by encouraging employees to feel valued and engaged. At their March Caffeinated Conversation, the Schreiber Institute for Women’s Leadership will dive deeper into strategies to improve employee engagement to avoid the negative consequences of quiet quitting.
