UW-Green Bay shows off newly built Cort Condon Residence Hall | WBAY

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – UW-Green Bay gave people a look at its new Cort Condon Hall at a dedication ceremony and open house Tuesday afternoon.

Boasting what officials call a “living and learning” concept, the hall bears the name of Gerald Condon, the chairman of University Village Housing.

“It’s $38 million less, now we have a great building. And I’m very proud of the fact that it was named after me. And, just keep on going,” said Condon.

Campus leaders say he was instrumental in the planning, design, and building of the $38 million project.

Cort Condon Hall houses 200 students, and each apartment features a kitchen, living room, private bathroom and shower, and a shared bedroom.
