If found guilty, the two Houston, Texas residents Ryan Lewis and Genesis Garcia Abellar may face up to 15 years in federal prison. The two men stole $12,000 worth of textbooks from UW-Green Bay, UW-Whitewater, UW-Stout and UW-River Falls.
