The Weidner looks to build on momentum that brought 80,000 visitors to the venue last year with a 2025-26 Broadway in Green Bay Series featuring marquee names.
Six touring musicals were announced June 10 for one-night stops at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay performing arts center. They are:
- “Menopause the Musical 2”: Oct. 29. The sequel to the 2001 comedy.
- “Cirque Musica Holiday Wonderland”: Nov. 21. An acrobatic musical for the holidays.
- “Hadestown”: Dec. 18. An eight-time Tony Award winner.
- “Kinky Boots”: Jan. 20. With Grammy Award-winning music by pop star Cyndi Lauper.
- “TINA: The Tina Turner Musical”: Feb. 16. The inspirational life story of the rock icon.
- “Mrs. Doubtfire”: March 23. Based on the 1993 movie starring Robin Williams and Sally Field.
“Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban in Concert” on April 18 will also be available as a series add-on to platinum, gold and silver season subscription packages.
Series tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. June 27 at weidnercenter.com or in person at The Weidner ticket office, which is open 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Thursday. For questions, call 920-465-2726.
