Meet the three candidates in De Pere City Council District 2 primary, including a UW-Green Bay alumni
Voters in De Pere’s District 2 will narrow the field from three to two in a city council primary on Feb. 18. Matt Gruetzmacher, Kelly Ruh (Business Administration) and Carol Spice are running for the chance to succeed Ryan Jennings as one of the city’s eight aldermen. Jennings is stepping down after two terms on the council. District 2 is the city’s southeast quadrant. Council members serve two-year terms. Salary is $7,057 per year.
