Shout-out to Buckman in best-selling business book
Check out page 250 of the best-selling business book Platform: Get Noticed in a Noisy World. You’ll notice that author and social media guru Michael Hyatt credits Andrew Buckman in the book’s “Acknowledgments” section. Buckman, who works days (and the occasional night) as a web developer for UW-Green Bay Web Services, had a lengthy list of private clients including Hyatt well before joining the University a few years ago. Hyatt writes in the acknowledgment: “… Andrew Buckman, my web developer, who implements my crazy ideas and keeps my blog running in tip-top shape. If I can conceive it, Andrew can code it. He also has the guts to push back when I suggest a bad idea.” Hyatt is the chairman and former CEO of Thomas Nelson Publishers, the seventh largest trade book publishing company in America, and a prominent blogger known for his focus on “intentional leadership.”
