Kraft offers take on latest ads in governor’s race

Prof. Emeritus Michael Kraft helped break down the latest gubernatorial ads in a Thursday (June 26) interview, speaking with WLUK Fox 11’s Andrew LaCombe about the spots from Gov. Walker and challenger Mary Burke. Political ads often leave out a lot of background information, Kraft told LaCombe. “You don’t hear qualifications about every statement, no footnotes, this is just ‘bam bam bam,’ this is the way it is, and each side will do that,” Kraft said. He added that while commercials may not sway voters, they could mobilize supporters from each party to get out and cast a ballot. Full story.
