Steeno talks budgeting in part two of WBAY college costs series

Financial Aid’s Sue Steeno talks budgeting for college in part two of a WBAY, Channel 2 series on paying for school. The segment, which aired Tuesday (April 29), considers ways to keep costs in check. Budgeting is critical, Steeno said. “I think it’s so important for families, before the student makes an investment in college, to sit down and make a budget,” she said. “And that budget may change every year, it may change every semester, but at least they have a means they can stay within.” The series continued at 10 p.m. Wednesday with a segment on the difference it makes to start saving for college early.
