Next installment in Great Books: The Ramayana, on Feb. 14
The spring installment of the Great Books Discussion Group series at the Brown County Library continues at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday (Feb. 14) with a Valentine’s Day special. Prof. Heidi Sherman of Humanistic Studies will present and facilitate discussion of the epic Hindu work The Ramayana. The poetic text touches upon themes of spirituality, relationships and much more. It’s the second of five monthly book talks (the second Tuesday of every month) by Humanistic Studies faculty members at UW-Green Bay. Here is the remaining lineup:
