Following its dramatic overtime defeat at Stanford on Friday, the Green Bay men’s basketball team makes a quick travel turnaround to face East Tennessee State at 5 a.m. CT Tuesday in Johnson City, Tenn., in a game airing live on ESPN2. (Save for an 11 p.m. tip at the old Phoenix Sports Center nearly two decades ago for a women’s basketball “midnight madness” game, it’s the quirkiest scheduling ever for a Phoenix team.)
